We strive to be as transparent, up-front and honest with the costs we show on our website. The total amount shown for each home is an average of ALL of the project costs you might expect on that particular home, not just the purchase price of the home from us. We realize there are costs other than the purchase price, so we want you to see what that might look like, so you can make an educated decision. We’ve seen a lot of companies just show the entry level purchase price of their home to draw people in. Our approach is a bit different.
