CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for an ambitious individual with a strong drive to learn our products and services, own the position to help improve the system and grow with us as we continue to expand markets and develop our company.  Strong organizational and communication skills are mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project management and coordination of the process as an advocate and representative of Stillwater to our Clients in your area of primary responsibility.

  • Establish regular and continuous meetings with all stakeholders, focussed on supplying the Client with concierge level service and support throughout the process

  • Develop and maintain the Stillwater Critical Path process, utilizing Google Smartsheet

  • Fulfill project benchmarks, interactions, forecasting and events as expressed in the Critical Path

  • Support Sales Team with regional resource knowledge and interaction

  • Provide support for the Project Architect and assist in Client interaction during Design Development

  • Provide support for the Production Team and product delivery logistics / Builder interface

  • Develop interoffice and regional relationships with Vendors, Consultants, Builders and other logistical support teams. Become the regional expert and ‘go to liaison’ for queries from all stakeholders.

  • Provide and drive project support for the Client through the entire project

  • Make regularly scheduled site visits, as appropriate for the active tasks, as directed

    • Site Assessment, Client Support Meetings, Inventory follow up, Construction events

  • Maintain Stillwater's Client relationship all the way through the completion of the home

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of related project management and residential construction experience

  • Professional experience with high-end, single family residential design; wood frame construction

  • Must have the ability to read architectural plans

  • Must become proficient in Smartsheet, Bluebeam and Mitek modeling

  • Professional experience preparing and engaging client and preferred partner interactions across multiple disciplines including; Zoom meetings, Powerpoint, live interactions and presentations

  • Must have highly developed written as well as interpersonal skills

ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTER

We are seeking a full time Architectural Drafter to add to our growing design studio team. The ideal candidate should have both a strong background in residential drafting and detailing. 

 

We are looking for an ambitious individual with a strong drive to learn, improve, and grow with us as we continue to expand and develop our company.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilize AutoCAD to draft and develop architectural drawings.

  • Handle a fast-paced work schedule and maintain a high level of accuracy, while balancing multiple projects and priorities at any given time.

  • Work in support of the Project Architect to ensure that projects are completed in a timely fashion.

  • Assist the Design Studio with process improvement tasks including template revisions, CAD block development, layer management, and related tasks

  • Assist the Design Studio with drawings from concept design through construction documents. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Architectural, Construction or Technical degree from an accredited collegiate institution.

  • 5+ years of applicable drafting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Professional experience working on construction documents, especially high-end, single family residential design and wood frame construction.

  • Knowledge of residential building codes, standards and procedures.

  • Must be highly proficient in Auto CAD.

  • Highly organized and detail oriented with excellent communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage individual projects with materials fulfillment, scheduling, estimating, quality control, detailing and builder services.

  • Ability to prepare construction shop drawings (Floor, Wall and Roof Framing, Sheet Metal, Steel Canopies, Sheathing, ect), if needed.  

  • Perform material quantity takeoffs and assist with job costing and purchase orders.

  • Maintain and establish vendor relations, review pricing proposals and coordinate fabrication, scheduling and delivery.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of related drafting and residential construction experience.

  • Professional experience with high-end, single family residential design; wood frame construction.

  • Must have the ability to read architectural plans.

  • Must be proficient in Auto CAD, working knowledge of Mitek or similar 3D modeling.

  • Professional experience reading and quality control of permit and construction documents.

  • Must have highly developed written as well as interpersonal skills.

  • 3D modeling and rendering is a plus.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

We are looking for a Part-Time or Full-Time Marketing Director to be in charge of our business marketing.  This will involve the oversight and management of all marketing functions.

The ideal candidate will have previous marketing experience with a passion for the design and building industry.  He/she will possess an attitude to express creative ideas, implement strategic campaigns and track results.  He/she will also be a skillful writer able to create professional content and review.

General Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement a full strategic marketing plan and budget

  • Design and implement comprehensive strategies to create brand awareness in target market communities

  • Plan and execute campaigns with a call to action and ROI metrics

  • Monitor progress in sales lead generation and submit performance reports

  • Creatively produce and review all business content

  • Help to develop emerging markets

     

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead all print and online advertising

  • Oversee Website Management

  • Monitor and produce metrics for key word ads, remarketing ads, banner ads and other online methods

  • Monitor and improve SEO

  • Implement public relations strategy thru editorial content, news articles, press releases

  • Manage all event coordination including seminars, webinars, open houses and tours

Requirements:

  • 4 year Marketing Degree

  • 3+ years experience in broad scope marketing management

  • Possess qualified and current online marketing techniques and best practices for ROI metrics

  • Thorough and skilled knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics, Google AdWords, PPC Advertising)

  • Skilled in writing and communication

  • Excellence in organizational, leadership, analytical, creative thinking and interpersonal skills
