A beautiful Custom Stillwater on the banks of Lake Whatcom in Washington. Serving as the family’s vacation home, the owners wanted to replace an old modular home with an updated house to serve as their summer and winter weekend getaway. The new design was developed to fit the existing foot print of the old house in order to meet strict Washington Shoreline Regulation.

Special design provisions include a bunk room for the kids, an open great room with corner multi-sliding glass doors, covered deck with heaters in the soffits, storage for summer and winter sport equipment as well as an upper-level master suite with panoramic views of the beautiful Pacific Northwest scenery.
