While researching designs and builders, we discovered Stillwater Dwellings and chose one of their panelized house designs where the main components are shipped from a factory and assembled on site, saving time and money. The house was built in just 6 months! The chalk board wall in the kitchen which is signed by all who visit, is a reminder of how special a gathering place it is.
